 Prices are based on single and double occupancy per room per night.

 Rates are not include 13 %
Sales tax.

There is a charge of $20.00 plus tax per night per additional
person in any of the Rooms.

 Breakfast Included.

 Children Under 10 Year No Charge.

Check-In: 2:00 PM
Check-Out: 12:00 PM

 Cancellations made 30 days before the check in is a 100 % refund.  

 Cancellations made 29 to 21 days before the check in
is a 75% refund.

Cancellations made with less
than 20 days before the
check in is non-refundable.

 All reservations must be secured with Layla Resort's signed credit card authorization form within 7 days of confirmation of said reservation, or 3 days if it falls within 30 days of your arrival.  

All the reservations must be pre-paid 30 days prior to arrival, either with a credit card or a bank deposit .

For Peak Season, must give at least 60 days your (Bank Deposit or Credit Card Confirmation).
